1. For participants of the Main Designer Category and Youth Designer Category,firstly, scan the QR Code below and fill in the registration form in either English or Mandarin. Secondly, email the registration form and a soft copy of your work design to fzcreatorawards@126.com.

2. For participants of the Everyone Creates Category: please scan the QR Code below, and use the mini program to create your own design.

3. Wish List Category: please scan the QR Code below and write down your most desirable cultural and creative designs for Fuzhou.

All the wishes will be looked through. In the next stage, the contest committee would also invite designers to work on some of those wonderful wishes.

1. 2021 Fuzhou for You creator awards is open to everyone and every organization around the world who are passionate about Fuzhou culture. Both individual work and group work are accepted.

2. Designs that have submitted to the contest in the past years are not acceptable. All submitted designs need to be original, not used by commercial or authorized to others. Participants would be disqualified if any above behavior was found. Any resulting legal disputes resulted from those issues shall be borne by the participants.

*Each participant can submit multiple designs and enter multiple categories, but each design can only be submitted to one category.

1. All entries need to submit an image of design according to the requirement below, and a prototype submission will be required for the finalists (expect for the Youth Designer Category， Everyone Creates Category and Wish List Category). If the prototype or digital work cannot be provided as requested, participants would be disqualified.

2．Each application form can only be usd for one design. And all fields on the application form needs to be efilled in as requested.

3. Participants can use personal, team or business name to enter the Competition.

4. Picture files should be in JPG format, and the size of a single picture is not more than 20M; video files need to be in MP4 or WMV format, resolution is not less than 1920*1080, frame rate should be 25fps, code stream is not less than 8M, and the duration is not more than 5 minutes; The audio files should be in MP3 or WAV format, lyrics should be submitted with the audio files if there is one.

5. The finalists will be notified of the details of prototype submission and should submit the prototype as requested (expect for the Youth Designer Category， Everyone Creates Category and Wish List Category).

Preliminary Judging: Based on the information submitted for the online registration, the judges will select the best entries for the public online voting.

Public Online Voting: A five day online viewing of the works allows the public to cast their vote for their favorite designs.

Final Judging: The finalists’ designs will be judged by the judges based on the information submitted for the online registration as well as the design prototypes.

The final result will be based on the total score from the judges and public voters. The public votes comprise 30% of the score while the judges’ votes comprise 70%.
